Our client is a global professional services firm that is making a valuable and important contribution to global commerce and supply chains. We seek a Vice President, Human Resources who is motivated to make a significant impact and contribution to the betterment of an already highly regarded and well respected global organization.

REPORTS TO:           Chief Financial & Administration Officer

LOCATION:             Princeton, New Jersey

The VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES will have primary responsibility for leading a transformation effort to exponentially heighten employee engagement, collaboration and satisfaction within the company culture and team members located around the globe to a next level continuously improving high performance and best company to work for organization.

 

Responsible for leading all human resource organization development, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, outreach and engagement across the globe to >100 executives and professionals who serve clients in North America, Europe and Asia.

Key Accountabilities 

~80% Enable the transformation of the organization into one of the best companies to work for. Be the change agent to oversee all organizational development activities.

·         Develop, plan and lead the delivery of a global cultural people transformation that drives continuous improvement of employee engagement that results in exponential improvement in employee satisfaction.

~20% Lead the Human Resources function for the 100+ person executive/professional population of 100+ employees (based in US, EMEA, and other locations).

·         Lead the development and implementing HR strategic plans and policies, e.g. compensation and benefits, staffing & recruitment, performance management, talent management & career development, succession planning, employee termination, etc. 

·         Facilitate and provide guidance to people managers on HR matters.

Ideal Experience

·         20+ years’ experience with best in class companies

·         Proven experience in organization development and in transforming an organization culture into a best in class company to work for and a high-performance organization

·         Maintained awareness of industry/functional best practices and business levers (nationally and globally).

·         International experience acquired ideally through international assignments, or through international roles.

·         University / College degree or equivalent. MBA an advantage

·         Fluency in English, oral and written is mandatory. Multi-lingual a plus.

·         Willing and able to travel internationally w/frequency.
