SVP SUPPLY CHAIN & MANUFACTURING
Our client is one of the leading and fastest growing Business Units in one of the fastest growing CPG companies in the country, a true category innovator in the healthy food space. This BU has seen double digit organic growth each year over the past decade, creating some of the most iconic brands in their categories.
The Business Unit is at an exciting and critical time of its history and the success of this role is mission critical to the sustainable growth and success of the organization. The business needs to transform the supply chain and manufacturing organization to a seamless global product supply organization to significantly expand capacity and logistics capabilities to meet ever-increasing US and global demand.
While >80% of sales are currently domestic and exceed $600 million with expectations to double over the next five years, there are numerous global markets rapidly expanding simultaneously, and the company needs a global supply chain strategy and capability that factors all the variables in expanding capacity while reducing the cost of goods and maintaining retail service levels.
Importantly, a major portion of the production is done overseas, creating a broad set of logistics and manufacturing complexities.
