Previously, Susan Saideman served as President at Mars. She also was a Chief Executive Officer of ARC International North America Inc., a subsidiary of Arc International PLC. Susan joined Arc International PLC from Newell Rubbermaid where she briefly served as President of the Parker Division.
Susan spent 5 years at the Campbell Soup Company where she held division and corporate level strategic planning positions and was the Vice President and General Manager of both the Canadian Foodservice Division and U.S. Single Serve Beverages.
Earlier in her career, Susam Saideman spent eight years at PepsiCo Inc. in various financial strategy and planning roles for PepsiCola North America and KFC.
Susan Saideman is a Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
