Stephen Smith joins Hain Celestial Group as CFO
Stephen Smith resigned as CFO of Elizabeth Arden and joined Hain Celestial Group.
Arden is searching for a permanent replacement for Smith. In the meantime, Company Senior Vice President for Finance and Corporate Development Marcey W. Becker will take up the position of interim principal financial officer. Also, Company Vice President for Finance and Corporate Controller David Rattner will act as interim principal accounting officer. Thus, the CFO's role will be effectively be split in two for the time being, pending the appointment of a permanent CFO.
