OncoSec Appoints New Chief Medical Officer
San Diego-based OncoSec Medical Inc. has appointed former Merck & Co. Inc. exec Robert H. Pierce as its chief medical officer. Pierce was previously executive director of the department of pathology at Merck’s Palo Alto campus, leading a team of 20, OncoSec said. OncoSec, a $58 million market cap company, is developing a treatment for advanced-stage skin cancer.
