Mondelez names next Asia Pacific Chief
Pradeep Pant, 59, President of the division that oversees Asia, Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa is retiring at the end of the year .
He will be replaced by Timothy Cofer, 44, currently head of Mondelez's Europe unit. Timothy grew the company's European business for 14 consecutive quarters. He was also instrumental in integrating Cadbury after Mondelez predecessor Kraft Foods Inc. bought the chocolate company in 2010. Mr. Cofer will move to Singapore in mid-September to transition into his new role.
Hubert Weber, 51, will become president of Mondelez's Europe operations. He is currently head of the company's coffee operations in Europe.
