Our client is a world class $5B fast moving consumer goods company division of a multi-national.
Title: VP Supply (EMEA)
Reports to: Chief Supply Officer
Location: Switzerland
Position Overview
The VP Supply EMEA will be accountable for all Supply Chain results (cost, cash, quality, service, compliance, etc.) for the region. Will lead significant measurable contribution to the Global Supply strategy implementation (long-term, continuous improvement).
Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Owns execution of Manufacturing and Supply Chain capabilities & strategies in their region (S&OP process capability, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory, etc.)
- Owns Cost Savings for their region including multi-year plan
- Owns Sourcing Strategy (design & cost requirements) for the Region in collaboration with Global Resources on multi-region supply chains.
- Owns Supply execution of New Product Launches.

Experience & Key Competencies Required
- Fifteen plus years Supply Chain experience in FMCG environment
- Plant Leadership experience
- Multi-regional or multi-national experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher
