The Access reports generated provide a comprehensive view of an individuals intellectual abilities, work approach, emotional makeup, interpersonal style, and leadership style and abilities.
Easy Implementation:
Step One: Our consultants work with your job experts to quickly build a model, including documentation of construct validation. This workshop is a straight forward, efficient process for developing or revitalizing a competency model. "Stakeholders" meet to review the current job description to be sure the list of duties and responsibilities are current for the position. When all are satisfied with the job description, the "stakeholders" build the competency model using the Strategic Success Modeling process to build a customized competency model that matches the specific job requirements.
Step Two: Once agreed upon, the key position competencies are automatically uploaded to the ACCESS Selection & Development system which integrates the competencies into the ACCESS reporting module. The ACCESS system than provides you with a completed model and a selection process that can be used to test and qualify new candidates and existing employees. The ACCESS system automatically produces selection and development reports mapped to "your" model.
If you have an existing competency model, we can quickly incorporate your model into the ACCESS System. Once integrated, the ACCESS system will produce selection and development reports mapped to your model.
